How do we use this product?

Dilute 4-5 tablespoons of Jello Broth in 200-250 ml hot water. This may be adjusted according to your preference.

Heat for 1-3 minutes (optional).

You may add Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt, lemon, herbs and other spices. Do not add sugar or pepper.

1 Tub of 500 ml = yields 2 liters (good for a 2-day fast).
