- It has a high smoking point of 400 degrees F vs. Butter’s low smoking point of 250 degrees F (why butter easily burns black).
- It is a gut cleansing, immune system boosting, and internal cleansing benefits due to the probiotics in true Ghee made from milk with live active cultures.
How do we use this product?
May be used for sauteeing or frying, as a seasoning to enhance the flavor and texture of sauces and stews, or drizzled on vegetables.
Store at 2C – 4C temperature.
